Job Description

Leader:
Managing time well, always available for the agents.
Helping the agents improve by clearly communicating what they need to do to meet the company?s goals and the expectations of management.
Coaching agents and helping them adopt the successful behaviors that lead to results.
Giving the agents the right technology they need to improve their performance, drive up productivity, and cut out the tedious and repetitive tasks that agents are not paid for.
Helping create sales processes that reflect how customers want to buy. Meeting the sales target set by the management.
Associating analytics with every sales process in order to ensure ongoing improvement.
Continuous Monitoring and Evaluation of the agents.
Measuring agent?s performance objectively and creating a level playing field.
Setting high expectations for each team member and appraise and review results on a regular basis.
Praising good performance in public and consistently celebrate high achievement.
Helping agents to increase the chances for closing the sale and helping them to close sales for then if needed.
Generating hope and optimism throughout the sales department and help team grow and win against an overwhelming tide of adversity.
Diagnose and resolve sales performance problems.

For Fulfillment:
Following our booked clients, making their job done with help of our designers, programmers, meeting the target.

For Sales Representatives:
Having previous sales experience and excellent in English communication and confident.
